Charitable Lead Trusts

A Charitable Lead Trust (CLT) is the opposite of a Charitable Remainder Trust. With the remainder trust, the charity receives what remains. But, with a Lead Trust, the charity receives the income payments during the donor’s life, and the remainder goes to the donor’s beneficiaries.

This type of planned gift is for individuals who want to support Amazing Discoveries, but also want to leave an inheritance to their family. To create a CLT you must transfer the money or property to a trust. During the remainder of your life (or term of years) the trust will pay the earned income and/or interest to Amazing Discoveries tax free. When the trust terminates, the assets and any growth are distributed to your designated beneficiaries.

The benefits of a CLT are:

  1. Saves your asset for your beneficiaries,

  2. Income Tax deduction,

  3. Estate Tax savings.

A Charitable Lead Trust is ideal for people who have assets valued over $500,000. If you would like to learn more about a “Charitable Lead Trust” please click here to contact us now.

AD Stories:

Being new to the faith and wanting the 'meat' of your message, AD has opened my Show more... eyes to just how much we are in a STRANGE LAND & just passing through! I praise God, for more of God, unashamed to proclaim the straight testimony though many would try to water down and distort God's end time message. THANK YOU!!! Keep up the good work.

When the world out there has completely used me up and drained me to the point that I cannot Show more... even read my Bible, I turn on Amazing Discoveries and am filled up and revived.

AD has helped me tremendously! I woke up from “New Age” two years Show more... ago, and AD helped me find truths that I've never been aware of and filling me with so much Knowledge. I discovered the truth about the Sabbath and the great conspiracy. You've led me to Jesus Christ and I’m now a baptized Adventist. I love Amazing Discoveries! Thanks you so much.
